Rambling about "In/Spectre" manga volume 16. SPOILERS ALERT.

(Note: This isn't written properly and is more fitting for a microblog, but due to its length, I'm putting this here.)
I just fucking finally finished reading In/Spectre vol 16 and I'm just AAAAAAAAAA IT'S ALWAYS GREAT AND IT GOT EVEN BETTER OMG. I already LOVE Kuro/Kotoko very much and now there's my other favorite trope (kinda)?? GOD. I owe Kyo Shirodaira my life 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
It's so 🤯 that I have no words to describe it and express how I feel After reading that I feel like crashing a window and rolling on the ground (in a good way) lmao. That said it is 3 AM so I have no braincells left lol. How am I supposed to sleep now... 😇
I better sleep but I still want to scream AAAAAAA
GOD I can't wait for the next volume!! Or someone please get me the novel, preferably English!! I want and need to know how Kuro actually feels all this time!! 😭😭😭 Although I guess that ending makes it somewhat clear...
Once again I better sleep but if I said "I'll continue later" chances are I won't do it LMAO so gonna strike while the iron is still hot. 16 volumes in and tbh I never really know what's on Kuro's head. As the author put it, it's like he never thinks lmao
He can be cold to his supposed girlfriend, but ultimately still cares about her, like a rare case of male tsundere (I still fondly remember a ANN reviewer said this due to the changes in the first few episodes of the anime. It's so cute. Wanted to talk about it but alas)
But also, sometimes his coldness can come off as...genuine?? Like not for tsundere or comedic purposes. Sometimes I feel what he does to Kotoko is a tad bit too much. He's an enigma. So I'm very happy to be able to FINALLY know what the fuck is on his mind!! 🙏🙏🙏
I said that but the little things he does to Kotoko and shows like drying her hair, casually gently lifting her, glancing at her wound in displeasure, etc...what a sweet boyfriend with a nasty mouth ASDHDJDKDL I love him and Kotoko very much 😭😭😭🥰💕
I ended up screaming about the ship than the plot LMAOOO but it is somewhat closely related so I guess...? 🤔 Glad I finally let that out of my system huft now I can sleep in peace 😇 (hopefully)
WAIT, ONE LAST SCREAM
Kuro's unwavering trust in Kotoko, the way he smiles at her, easily willing to die for her sake, most likely accepted her as she is to the point he's SURPRISED she still has a shred of humanity in her...get yourself a man like Kuro asdhdjdkdl 😭😭😭
Finally getting to the plot/revelation/resolution in volume 16
In that regard, Kuro's love is even stronger than Kotoko's...Kotoko shows affection easily, but does she really mean it? She's truly ruthless as a goddess of wisdom. Time and time again, she proves that maintaining the natural order is number one. That's her role and duty as the goddess of wisdom. She's so fucking scary like that. Kuro's and Rikka's existences defy the natural order, even if they are victims, so they must be eliminated sooner or later. It totally makes sense
But at the end (of volume 16), with a nudge from Rikka, she realizes that she still has a shred of humanity left in her, after all. For the first time, we see how vulnerable she can be. That she's still a human and genuinely loves Kuro. It's so great asdjdkl 😭🙏
