Basically, they're going to have sex and like a normal person he does foreplay first (kissing, fingering, you name it), but Dr. Hana is so hard to please it's taking way too long to actually make her aroused - and instead of going horny, he's getting frustrated. He wants to use his time effectively (yes, even when it comes to sex), so he can't accept this.

"This won't do. Here, drink this." *throws a bottle of potion*

"What's this?"

"It's aphrodisiac."

"Don't worry, it's tested on Elysium and worked well."

They fight for a while because Dr. Hana refuses to drink it. One way or another, the both of them each drink half and a half. The result? Well, simply put, making Thorns even more horny and powerful is a big mistake. Poor girl's body hurts the next day and she barely gets any sleep.

The aphrodisiac might be effective, scarily so, but Thorns seeks out other alternatives just in case. In an experiment, they try out different kinky acts.
